Strategy and Planning Meeting
After the consultation, we’ll schedule a 45-minute video call to dive deeper into your needs. During this meeting, we’ll outline coaching agreements, discuss pricing and packages, and create a personalized plan tailored to your unique journey. This session sets the foundation for our work together, ensuring we’re aligned on your goals and how to achieve them.

1:1 Coaching Sessions
Once your plan is in place, we’ll begin regular one-on-one coaching sessions, which range from 30 to 60 minutes. These sessions are designed to focus on your specific needs and goals, offering the guidance and accountability needed to create lasting change.
