After the initial consultation, we’ll schedule a 45-minute video call to create a personalized coaching plan. During this meeting, we’ll discuss coaching agreements, pricing, and packages, and outline the strategies that will guide our sessions moving forward.

1:1 Coaching Sessions
Once your plan is in place, we’ll begin regular one-on-one coaching sessions, which range from 30 to 60 minutes. These sessions are focused on your unique goals and challenges, offering guidance, accountability, and support to help you create meaningful change in your life.
